Here are the example instructions of how to install garage door opener of Chain-Driven one. First thing first, you need to collect all the materials to perform the assembling project. Examine your garage door for its surrounding construction for tighten the header bracket and the garage ceiling for mounting the unit. Unload the all parts from the box of the opener and check the availability of each part to assemble. You need to assemble the rail first and then insert the rail to the power unit. Put the traveler unit or the slider onto the assembled rail. Secure the idler pulley on the opposite edge of the rail. Make the chain attached to the traveler or slider, to test the movement try to move the chain around the drive wheels on the power unit. Get it loop to the idler pulley and go back to the traveler again. You need to join the ends of chain using retaining clip.
